COVID-19 Information
Honeywell continues to monitor the worldwide situation of the Corona virus COVID-19. The safety of our partners, customers and employees is our top priority. We would like to outline some of the precautions we are taking.
Deployment of our global task force
To counteract the spread of the Corona virus, Honeywell has activated its global, cross-functional emergency management team, which includes medically trained staff. The team meets daily to develop company-wide guidelines for preparing and responding to the virus and to keep our employees informed about the virus. In addition, country-specific or regional teams meet to provide instructions tailored to the specific region and business. All locations have plans with specific roles and responsibilities in relation to this health crisis.
Safety first
We are constantly working to ensure that we can continue to provide our customers with the necessary support without endangering the health and safety of our customers and employees. Many state, local and provincial governments already implement certain regulations, such as travel restrictions, local quarantines or health screening. Honeywell continues to comply with all instructions issued by national and local authorities.
Virtual Customer Contacts
In order to avoid the risk of infection for our customers and employees, we will avoid personal contacts as far as possible. Our sales team is always available by phone, e-mail or Skype (if possible).
Short reaction time
Based on state, regional and local government guidelines, we have established virtual work environments for many of our customer and technical support operations. We are committed to maintaining customer and technical support at normal operating levels. Please be assured that we will always work to minimize delays as much as possible.
Take precautions
We expect Honeywell employees who visit the sites of customers, suppliers, vendors or other partners to follow the rules of their hosts. We expect visitors to our sites and Honeywell employees who visit other sites to be truthful about their health and travel history for their own safety and for those with whom they may come into contact. Honeywell employees will continue to follow World Health Organization and CDC guidelines and Honeywell's instructions regarding travel to high-risk areas, hygiene, self-isolation and self-control. We ask customers, suppliers, vendors and other partners to limit visits to our sites to essential business requirements (e.g., delivery of supplies).
As in the past, we will do our utmost to ship your orders on time without interruption or disruption. We work closely with our production facilities and suppliers to ensure that we can resolve any potential adverse effects at short notice. We will continue to monitor the situation and inform you of any changes and possible disruptions to your shipments. However, in order to minimize the impact on your work schedule and to enable Honeywell to support you as much as possible, we recommend that you inform us of your ordering and scheduling early.
If you have questions about a specific product or order, please contact your Honeywell sales or customer service representative directly or send a message to
